Tuition and Other Expenses

Tuition for the clinical orientation program for S-LPs is currently provided by the UBC Department of Surgery through annual contracts with the Provincial Health Services Authority. Clinicians should arrange funding for travel, accomodation, per diem allowances, and professional relief staff (where relevant) with their employers.

Interested speech-language pathologists with the above qualifications should complete the form on the following page. Fill in the form and then either (a) submit it online; or (b) print a copy and send it to our mailing address:
